Steam codes purchased directly from our site

Steam codes that have been redeemed will not be eligible for a refund. If you have not redeemed your Steam code, you will have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to request a refund. When you are refunded, your purchased Steam code will be made inactive. We suggest you also refer to this article: How do I request a refund for a game?, then make a request by creating a support ticket or by emailing [email protected].

Games purchased through a marketplace

If you purchased a game through a marketplace like Steam, Xbox, PSN, Nintendo, Xfinity, etc., you will need to see their refund policy and contact them directly for all refund inquiries. If you're not sure if your game was purchased directly from us or a third party company, please submit a ticket to our help desk or email [email protected] and we can help you figure that out!


Physical copies of games


If you purchased a physical (disc or cartridge) copy of one of our games for a gaming console, any and all refund requests must be handled via the store where you purchased your game.


Merchandise such as T-shirts, magnets, or postcards are not returnable or refundable. However, if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect/incomplete, please open a ticket with us or email [email protected], and we will do our best to address the issue. We have a number of relevant articles under the Merchandise Purchases section with details on what to do if something has gone wrong.

Gift Cards

We're sorry, but Jackbox shop gift card purchases are non-refundable.
