Steam codes that have been redeemed will not be eligible for a refund. If you have not redeemed your Steam code, you will have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to request a refund. When you are refunded, your purchased Steam code will be made inactive. Refunds can be requested by creating a support ticket at help.jackboxgames.com.
If you purchased a game through a marketplace like Steam, Xbox, PSN, Nintendo, Xfinity, etc., you will need to see their refund policy and contact them directly for all refund inquiries. If you're not sure if your game was purchased directly from us or a third party company, please submit a ticket to our help desk and we can help you figure that out!
Merchandise such as T-shirts, magnets, or postcards are not returnable or refundable. If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send a request to our helpdesk and we will do our best to address the issue.
Jackbox shop gift card purchases are non-refundable.
