If you purchased a game through a marketplace like Steam, Xbox, PSN, Nintendo, Xfinity, etc., you will need to request a refund directly from that marketplace.
Steam codes that have been redeemed will not be eligible for a refund. If you have not redeemed your Steam code, you will have 2 weeks from the date of purchase to request a refund. When you are refunded, your purchased Steam code will be made inactive. Refunds can be requested by submitting a request to our helpdesk.
Merchandise such as T-shirts, magnets, or postcards are not returnable or refundable. If the product you received is defective, please send a request to our helpdesk and we will do our best to address the issue.
