Here's how to clear one's browser cache cookie browser data on mobile phone devices used as a controller. This may help solve any issues with artwork or input connectivity. This varies by device and browser, but if something isn't listed below, there are likely to be equivalent locations.

NOTE: It's highly recommended that one closes the app with device multi-task (double tapping the "Home" button or its equivalent), before attempting again after the steps below are followed. A simple refresh may help but doing this will ensure a fresh state is achieved.

iOS Safari

Steps:
1.)
Go to the Settings app on the device's home screen / main menu.
IOS device home screen. Settings icon in bottom row of apps, dark gray gears. Text: Safari cache/cookie data is in Settings

2.)  In the Settings app / menu scroll down and select "Safari"(note that this also applies to other browsers if installed!)

List of settings in menu. Safari is highlighted near the bottom and has a blue circle icon. Text: select Safari.

3.) On this page select "Clear History and Website Data"

3.) On the next screen choose "Clear Browsing Data".

4.) On the next screen ensure that all possible boxes are check marked and then choose "Clear Data".

5.) On the next pop-up (site storage) also ensure all boxes are check marked and choose "CLEAR" to finish!

Android Firefox

Steps:
1.)
In the browser app select the Settings by choosing the "three dots" in the upper right of the screen.

Jackbox.tv open in Android Firefox. Text: Firefox cache/cookies are managed through Settings - 3 vertical dots in top right.

2.) In the drop-down that appears choose "Settings" and not "History" (as this will more fully clear than that option!).
Drop down menu. Text: select Settings, not History, from the list. Settings is the second from bottom, above Help.

3.) On the next screen "Clear private data".
Following screen, list of options. Text: select "Clear Private Data", which is towards the bottom below Advanced.

4.) On the next screen ensure all possible boxes are check marked and select "CLEAR DATA" to finish!
